Hi everyone! I’m back with another fun book tag! I was tagged by Pilar @ The Bookworm Shelf, Naemi @ A Book Owl’s Corner and Chelsea @ The Travelling Reader. Thank you so much for tagging me and if you haven’t already please check out their blogs because I adore their posts!
This is most likely my last post related to books I read in 2020 so let’s get started!
This tag was created by The Scribe Owl.
Rules:
- Fill out each of the prompts with your answer. Each character/book you choose has to be one you read in 2020.
- Tag as many or few people as you want, but preferably somewhere around 10.
- Have fun and happy new year!!
BEST VILLAIN

Alec in Supernova. I hate him and he cannot redeem himself at all. Everything about him I hate. But if you haven’t read the Renegades trilogy I seriously recommend it because I feel like it is not talked about as much as it should be!
BEST MAIN CHARACTER

I love Bryce. I really liked her development in this and she brought so much to the table! I can’t wait to find time so I can read this again!
BEST SIDE CHARACTER

Cassian or Azriel! Also, 18 days till Cassian takes center stage!
TOUGH LUCK – A character you’re glad you aren’t

Cassandra, I feel like she’s a very unlucky character and the world she lives in is very constricting.
BEST PLACE TO RAISE A FAMILY – A setting (preferably not in our world) that you wouldn’t mind settling down in

Velaris! I wish I could go there right now! It seems like the perfect place to ever exist.
UNINHABITABLE – A setting you would never want to live in

Any of the shadow/demonic realms are a big no. I would much rather remain on Earth thank you!
MOST LIKELY TO SUCCEED – An indie/underhyped book that everyone should try

I loved this book and it deserves so much more hype! If you are a fantasy fan then I truly recommend this!
LIFE OF THE PARTY – A book that kept you laughing and having a good time

Such a feel good book. I devoured this and wish I was still reading a continuous version! It was so funny and I adored the characters and plot!
MOST UNFORGETTABLE – A book you couldn’t forget if you tried

This book was insane! The perfect Romeo and Juliet retelling set in Shanghai. I loved everything about it!
MOST UNIQUE

This is a tricky one but I’m going to go with Tweet Cute because I’ve read books where the characters are falling for each other whilst talking on two different platforms but never three! Such a good cute book!
I tag:
Soph @ Soph’s Book World
Cherelle @ A Bolt Out of the Book
Danielle @ Life of a Literary Nerd
I can’t believe we’re almost at the end of January! Also can’t believe it’s almost been a year since England first went into a lockdown and I am still in one now! The only thing keeping me sane is books!
Georgia x

Thanks for participating! 😊 I love your answers and would totally live in Velaris, too. Especially if my other option were the Shadowhunter demon realms – no thank you!

I always enjoy how the entirety of January is just talking about the previous year, haha. I haven’t read any of these! I really want to read the Renegade trilogy, but our library never has the first book in. I want to read Tweet Cute as well! Daughter of Dreams and Dread sounds so good too, so I’ll have to be on the lookout for that one!

Yes when one mentions Marissa Meyer’s books, it’s usually The Lunar Chronicles which I am a huge fan of but her Renegades trilogy does deserve more love too haha! YES ACOSF was so peaceful ahh, and TVD simply memorable I can’t wait for book 2! Lovely answers and thank you for the tag, Georgia! 🤗
