The Eximius Blogger Award

Hey everyone! I’m currently on holiday in the French Alps right now and it is so pretty, and reminds me of Velaris!

Back in January, Riddhi @ Whispering Stories tagged me in this original award to celebrate her blog hitting 1000 followers! I love her blog as the content is so unique and creative. Whispering Stories was one of the first few blogs I followed when I created mine.

What is the Eximius Blogger Award?

The Eximius Blogger Award is an award which symbolises the exceptionality of every blogger. Eximius is the Latin word for exceptional, and this award is created to honour the exceptionality or uniqueness of every blogger out there. This award is for all those bloggers who put an insane amount of effort and thought into all of their posts and come up with exceptional content! This award is all about you!

My blog has definitely increased my reading and introduced me to so many amazing new books and bloggers. I love this community and it’s allowed me to be so expressive with my love for books! I think one of my recent favourite blog posts was my 2022 book quotes post!

Riddhi’s Questions

What is a book/movie/song that you associate with your favourite festival?

I don’t know about festivals, and don’t know if we’re talking music festivals or religious celebrations. So instead I will just use Bonfire Night. I have two songs that remind me of this night and it’s Firework by Katy Perry, and Bonfire by The Hunna!

If you could live a celebrity’s life for one day, who would that be?

Taylor Swift. I mean I would love to know what goes on in her head and have her ability to songwriter and come up with all these easter eggs!

What is the most exceptional natural phenomenon in the world, according to you?

Honestly, I have no idea. I am fascinated by volcanos, but also the sea is terrifying. It is massive and we haven’t explored it all and I don’t know if we ever will. The thought of things being deep in the sea is freaky.
