Monthly Wrap Up: February 2022

Hey everyone! Welcome to my February wrap up. I managed to read more than I thought I would this month, despite going back to uni and going on holiday!

I read 11 books in February and I’m hoping this continues into March!

My favourite book in February was House of Sky and Breath.

I read this on the first February and couldn’t put it down! It was such a good read set in Ireland!

A Sunrise Over Bali

I read The Dating Game by this author last year and loved it, so I knew I had to read this one. Whilst it’s a romance, it’s also about finding yourself and the people the main character meets along the way shape her into who she is.

Six Crimson Cranes

I was obsessed with this one. I loved the mythology and cannot wait for the sequel.

Yinka, Where is Your Huzband?

This was such a great read. It didn’t go in the direction I thought it would, but it was all a bout girl power and finding your true self.

Second Star to the Left

I adore Peter Pan, and this retelling was insanely good. Hook and Tinkerbel as enemies and are forced to work together. It was a perfect fantasy romance!

Jade Fire Gold

This fantasy book was addictive. I loved it and the world building was insane. The characters were so detailed and I wish I could read it again.

House of Earth and Blood

I had to reread this before reading the sequel, and I loved it even more. I cried a lot and laughed, and want to read it again!

What Lies Beyond the Veil

This was amazing. I had an ARC and couldn’t put it down. The veil falls and Estrella is fae marked, she teams up with Caelum to escape the Wild Hunt chasing her.

This ice hockey romance was so fun. It was a childhood friends to rivals to friends to lovers, and I loved these two characters so so much!
