Monthly Wrap-ups

Monthly Wrap-Up: November 2022

Welcome to another monthly wrap-up! It feels like yesterday I was doing October’s, this month has flown by! November started out really well but as soon as I spoke about it, my reading hit a bump and fell off. Absolutely typical! I did manage to pick up a little, but not masses as I only read one ARC and two Wattpad romances after my almost 2 week slump! In November I managed to read 11 books!

My favourite book in November was These Twisted Bonds.

Blue Out

Reading Blue Out took me right back to the years I was obsessed with everything and anything dystopian. It was such a fun story and I need the sequel to know what happens next!

Ride With Me

The romance between the two main characters was so cute and I loved their chemistry together. I flew through this and was left wanting more of these two characters by the end of it!

These Hollow Vows

On of my favourite books! I loved this reread so much! I had to reread so I could finally read the sequel!

These Twisted Bonds

Amazing conclusion! I loved how this wrapped everything up but I still wish I had more time with these characters. I don’t think I can do this book justice but I adored it.

A Disaster in Three Acts

This was a fun and quick read. I read A Disaster in Three Acts in one day and couldn’t put it down. If you love childhood friends to lovers then this is the book for you!

Meet Me on Platform 3

Meet Me on Platform 3 was such a sweet story. I fell for these characters in the same way they fell for each other. Do you ever bump into someone in the street and then picture your entire life with them and then they’re gone? If yes, then read this book.

Ten Years

Wow. This book hurt. It was so good but very emotional. Ten Years shows a year in Becca and Charlie’s lives, beginning at the funeral of Charlie’s fiance and Becca’s best friend. This is a sot of enemies-to-lovers with forced yearly proximity and a second chance a happiness for the both of them. This book shows that there is not one great love and it is possible to love again.

Under Influence

This was a fun romance but I wish it hadn’t felt as rushed as it did at the end! I would have loved to see the characters make the decision that were skipped over in the time jump!

My review will be up tomorrow!

Breaking the Ice

A photography student, Willow, gets an internship with her brother’s hockey team, and her brother’s teammate immediately starts to fall for her! I loved this a lot! I do wish it was a little more slow burn though!

The Art of You

When Elijah, a baseball player, accidentally hits a baseball through the art room window Sadie is painting in, they start to hang around each other a lot more. This was a very cute romance that I sped through!

It hasn’t gone unnoticed that I have been reading a lot of sports romance books and I think I need to read some more, so if you have any recs that would be amazing!

November has been a weird reading month, and I thought I was going to hit some records for how many books I’ve read in a month. Alas, that did not happen!
