Monthly Wrap-ups

Monthly Wrap-Up: April 2022

April has felt like a long month and I don’t feel like I know what’s happened! I managed to read 10 books in April, which is pretty decent for saying I had 3 assignments due!

My favourite book in April was Heartstopper: Volume 1.

A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder

This hafd been on my TBR for way too long and I finally read it. It had me hooked! I couldn’t put it down.

Check out my review here.

I read this on Wattpad and it was so good! It was a very addictive read with a sports romance!

Set On You

I loved the message in this romance book. It was very body positive and the main characters were very inspiring!

Good Girl, Bad Blood

This took me a little longer to read than the first one, but I still enjoyed it regardless. I love the way it connected to the previous story and that it centers on the same characters. I still haven’t written my review of this and don’t know whether I’ll get to it or not!

Falling Stars

Inspired by Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston? Influenced by Bridgerton? What more could you want in a book! This was such a good read and had more to it than a whirlwind romance!

Check out my full review here.

Hook, Line, and Sinker

Loved this one! I loved seeing the snippets of Fox and Hannah in It Happened One Summer, so to get a full book about them was perfect! I am a sucker for friends to lovers so this one was particularly enjoyable!

The Atlas Six

The Atlas Six was so good. I won’t lie, I did get a little confused at points, but all the characters are so interesting and I cannot wait for the sequel!

Wicked Academia: Lost Stars

I received an ARC of this from the authors and had previously read some of the novel on their website. I love all of the characters and am desperate to see what happens to them next!

The Unhoneymooners

I have been meaning to read this one for ages, and now I’ve finally done it! I really liked this one and love the fake dating and forced proximity tropes!

Heartstopper: Volume 1

Obsessed!! I ordered this after finishing the show for the first time and by the time it arrived, I had seen the show 3 times! (I’m on my fourth watch now) This story is so comforting and I don’t think I’ll be ready to let it go anytime soon!

It’s been a pretty good month for reading for me as I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve read!

Have you read any of these?

Georgia x
